A UNIFIED
DIRECTION
FOR REGIONAL
WELLNESS

Navigating wellness through collective strength

The Waypoint project required a cohesive identity capable of uniting seven diverse service providers under a single, visionary banner for Te Whatu Ora. The objective was to move beyond a fragmented service model toward a centralized, accessible wellbeing collective. This new brand needed to offer a clear sense of direction and reliability, serving as a guiding light for individuals navigating the complexities of the healthcare and social support landscape.

"Working with the team at Titanium Creative on our recent branding and website project was an absolute standout experience. From the very beginning, they took the time to truly understand the 'why' behind our enterprise, brainstorming and translating our Youth Advisory Group's ideas into a visual identity that feels both approachable and authentic. The process was seamless—professional, highly collaborative, and delivered with a level of care that you only get from a boutique studio. They managed to balance high-end design with practical functionality, giving us a digital platform and brand assets that we are incredibly proud to share. If you are looking for a creative partner who is as invested in your success as you are, I can highly recommend Titanium. Thank you for bringing our vision to life!"

Forging a path from complexity to clarity

The challenge lay in creating a "house of brands" strategy that respected the individual expertise of the seven providers while establishing a strong, overarching presence. Titanium Creative was tasked with more than just a visual overhaul; we needed to define the very name and voice of the collective. The solution required a "human-centric" marketing rollout that translated clinical services into approachable, community-focused support, ensuring that every touchpoint—from social media content to physical collateral—felt supportive and navigable.

Defining the journey through collaborative strategy

Working with the key stakeholders at Te Whatu Ora and the individual service leads, Titanium Creative facilitated the strategic naming process that resulted in "Waypoint." This name became the anchor for the entire brand development. By combining high-level strategy with authentic photography and professional copywriting, we grounded the collective in real-world impact. This integrated approach allowed for the concurrent development of the marketing strategy and the digital platform, ensuring the collective was ready to engage the community from day one.

An identity rooted in empathy and guidance

The final design reflects a brand that is both authoritative and deeply compassionate. The visual language uses a welcoming palette and clear, directional motifs that echo the concept of a waypoint—a safe place to pause and find the right path forward. By integrating bespoke photography and person-centered copywriting, the brand successfully balances the scale of a government-backed initiative with the intimacy of a local community service.

A robust framework for community impact

Through a comprehensive marketing rollout and meticulous planning of various works-treams, Titanium Creative delivered a versatile digital presence and a suite of high-impact collateral materials. This new identity provides the Waypoint collective with a professional and extensible foundation, enabling Te Whatu Ora to deliver a unified message of wellbeing and a clear, accessible entry point for those seeking support.
