HP Howick Pakuranga Panel & Paint is a staple of the local automotive landscape, but with new ownership came a fresh vision. Working closely with Scott, the new owner, Titanium Creative was tasked with revitalizing the brand to reflect a modern, high-standard service while maintaining the trust the community has built in the name over decades. The goal was to align the shop’s visual identity with Scott’s commitment to precision, technology, and a premium customer experience.

The challenge lay in the scale of the rollout. This wasn't just a logo change; it was a total environmental and digital transformation. The solution required a cohesive identity that could scale from the fine detail of a business card to the massive proportions of workshop building graphics. To ensure Scott’s vision was perfectly realised before a single vinyl was cut, Titanium created detailed pre-visualisations, allowing us to map out the building and fleet graphics with architectural precision.

The creative process was a partnership with Scott to capture the "new energy" of the business. We focused on the essential pillars of the HP brand: reliability, modern technique, and a seamless finish. This collaborative approach extended from the workshop floor to the front office, ensuring that the new identity felt integrated across every workstream—from the high-visibility vehicle fleet to the professional stationery used in daily quotes and invoicing.

The final design features a sharp, high-contrast aesthetic that commands attention. The brand comes to life through a multi-layered execution: a clean, responsive website that serves as a digital storefront, striking lobby graphics that greet customers with a sense of professionalism, and an extensive fleet of vehicles that act as mobile billboards across East Auckland. Every element, including the interior signage, was developed to create a sophisticated, high-end environment that sets HP apart from the traditional panel shop.
